FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

We ask for a $200 deposit to secure a weekend event, which will be refundable only if the event is canceled at least three months in advance.  We do not set a fixed fee for events. The church is free to set an honorarium in keeping with their budget. We will also accept a free will love offering, if that is preferred. We ask that our travel, food and lodging expenses be covered in addition. (Smaller churches have usually given us $300-$800, medium churches $500-$1000, while large churches have given more. This is only for your information, so you will be aware of what the general practice of various sized churches has been.)

Couple counseling fees will be discussed at initial consultaion.

TRAVEL ACCOMMODATIONS

If your church is located more than 400 miles from Nashville, Tennessee, we will probably need to fly.  We ask our host to work with us to make the flight arrangments.  If we drive, we will need directions to both the church and our lodging accommodations.
