  1. The marriage itself. (i.e. the stigma associated in today’s America, myths, etc.)           *Reminder: Divorce is as popular as marriage in America  today!!!*
  2. The impact on new spouse. (i.e. spirit, soul and body)
  3. The impact on your “Christian” witness.
  4. The impact on the children and/or future children.
  5. The financial impact. (i.e. credit, debt, standard of living, finances, etc.)
  6. The impact on the “extended or intended” family & friends.
  7. The impact on the church.
  8. The impact on your faith.
  9. The impact on your “relational” ability --- aptitude, attitude.  (i.e. the challenge on your intra- and interpersonal skills/abilities)
  10. The impact on your past, present and future. (i.e. the quickening or re-awakening of past experiences on  the present and future)
  11. The impact on your ministry.
  12. The impact on your reputation.
  13. The impact on the culture. (i.e. philosophy, worldview, biblical)
  14. The impact on your work/career.
  15. The impact on your purpose, plans, or destiny.
  16. The impact on your decisions and/or decision making ability.
  17. The impact on your favor. (see Proverbs 18:22)
  18. The impact on intimacy.
  19. The impact of addiction.
  20. The impact on your expectations. (The Lord, Self, Others)
  21. The impact on household domestics.
  22. The impact on your life and/or death and/or dying.                                                        *Marriage demands dying to self at times to keep it alive.
  23. The impact on your ability to forgive and trust.
  24. The impact of “divorce.”                                                                                                     *Mal. 2:16 – “God hateth divorce!”
  25. Lastly, the impact on the Lord!                                                                                      *Heb. 13:4 – “Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: But whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.”
